Reese-Bottom Cheesecake Cupcakes

One of those desserts that combines several other desserts into one.

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Jell-O instant No-Bake Cheesecake Mix
  • 12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (one per cupcake)
  • 1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips (for sprinkling on top)
  • Approx. 1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs (store brought, or crush your own, OR use the crumbs from the boxed Cheesecake Mix)
  • Cupcake Liners

Directions

  • Mix up the cheesecake according to the instructions on the box.
  • Unwrap the Reese’s cups (and remove the bottom paper).
  • Drop one Peanut Butter Cup down into each paper liner and pour the cheesecake mix onto it.
  • Chill in the fridge for one hour.
  • Sprinkle cupcakes with the Graham Cracker Crumbs and/or chocolate chips.
