Reese-Bottom Cheesecake Cupcakes

1 Box of Jell-O instant No-Bake Cheesecake Mix12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (one per cupcake)1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips (for sprinkling on top)Approx. 1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs (store brought, or crush your own, OR use the crumbs from the boxed Cheesecake Mix)Cupcake Liners

Mix up the cheesecake according to the instructions on the box.Unwrap the Reese’s cups (and remove the bottom paper).Drop one Peanut Butter Cup down into each paper liner and pour the cheesecake mix onto it.Chill in the fridge for one hour.Sprinkle cupcakes with the Graham Cracker Crumbs and/or chocolate chips.
